Hi Sid,
That means that if you are not happy with the product you can send it back for a refund. You have 90 days to try it out.

Hi Sandy,
Yes, I use a sleep number bed myself and have found it to be very helpful for pain relief from sports injuries even just using it on recover mode while I sleep. Let me know if you have any other questions. And consider using our helpdesk for quicker response time.

Hi Susan,
Best place to put it in general is under the mattress for sure. That's where I would start. Let me know if you have any questions once you get going.

Also please note that our helpdesk is here: www.FutureTechSupport.com for the quickest response to support inquiries.

Hi Amanda,
I can't make any direct statements about that because I'm not a doctor and this is not a medical device. However if I was in your situation I would be leaning on using the Earth Pulse in *Recover* mode both under my mattress as well as on target areas using some sort of padded holder to keep it in place.
Hope that helps!

My husband just purchased this to help with my RA! I am wondering if I would benefit more from using this under the matress since rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease, or if I should be using it locally on my affected joints. A lot of the information is geared toward sleep and I feel like I could use some extra info to get the most out if this!
Thanks!

\'m currently using the bio-mat for pain, lyme, and relaxation. It\'s partially beneficial, but I can\'t sleep on it in my bed for various reasons.

I also use the alpha stim on my achy and sore muscles, which works pretty well.

I have a difficult time getting to sleep, and if I do go to sleep quickly, I wake up within a few hours. I have a tempur-pedic pillow and mattress. I do not have a box spring. So, where would I attach this unit on the bottom of the tempur-pedic mattress which is really thick, or can I use it under my tempur-pedic pillow which is also very thick?

We have a sleep number bed which has a rather thick mattress. Can this be used with that? Also, I have extreme pain from tendon tears and arthritis. Does this help with this? I understand that better sleep helps with all of it somewhat but I have a lot of pain and need relief.
Thanks!

Hi BZ,
The Earth Pulse is actually a completely different method than the Alpha Stim. While the Alpha-Stim uses micro-currents and is considered a type of TENS device (Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) designed essentially to normalize neuron activity (gross oversimplification) the Earth Pulse is a pulsed magnetic device which uses a coil that is pulsed to create a moving magnetic field (as apposed to a static magnetic field from a permanent magnet).

A pulsating magnetic field, such as from the Earth Pulse, causes minute electrical currents to flow in conductive pathways. Living organisms have a lot of conductive pathways and when the energy in these pathways is stagnant we don't have optimum vitality. The idea of the Earth Pulse is to restore that vitality. Technically the way it does that is through entrainment; essentially we're talking about getting the body to pulsate along with the Earth Pulse.

To get a better idea about how I use it check out this video: Earth Pulse Training Video

Let me know if you have any additional questions - give a call at 1-541-434-0318
